Privacy Policy
Last updated September 11, 2026
Thrive Tribe 365 is a self-development tracker. This policy explains exactly what we collect, where it lives, who can see it, and the control you have over it.
The data we collect
We collect only these seven categories of data:
- Account information — your email address and a unique account ID, used to sign you in and keep your journey attached to the right account.
- Profile information — your display name and an invite code used to connect with friends in the Tribe.
- Tracking entries — habits, checklists, water, morning and evening check-ins, reflections, journals, goals, measurements and your journey start date.
- Photos and videos — media you attach to a day, stored on your device unless you create a cloud backup.
- Health and fitness data — only if you connect Apple Health, and only the daily summary values you approve (read-only). See below.
- Tribe sharing — a daily summary (day number, completion percentage, streak) shown only to friends you accept, with each value individually switchable, plus friend requests, connections, blocks and nudges.
- Device and notification data — a push notification token and reminder times if you enable reminders, plus standard technical logs (IP address, timestamps, error logs) needed to deliver the app.
How your data is stored
Your daily tracking lives first on your own device. When you sign in, your journey also saves automatically to your authenticated account so it follows you across devices, browsers, the website and the app — and survives reinstalls and domain changes. Cloud rows are tied to your account ID and protected by row-level security so only your account can read and write them.
Signing in with a different email opens a separate journey; one account's data is never merged into or overwritten by another's.
How your data is shared
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising or tracking. There are no third-party ad or analytics trackers in the app.
Your journal text, reflections, photos, videos and individual check-in ratings are never visible to other users. The only thing friends you accept can see is the daily summary values you have chosen to share in Tribe privacy settings.
We rely on service providers acting on our behalf: our application hosting platform and its managed database and authentication service for accounts, backups and Tribe data; Apple and Google for optional sign-in and push delivery. They process data only to provide those services.
Apple Health (HealthKit)
If you choose to connect Apple Health on iPhone, the app reads a daily fitness summary you approve. It is read-only: we never write to or alter Apple Health. The imported values are stored on your device, are excluded from cloud backup, are not linked to your identity, and are never used for advertising, analytics or profiling. You can disconnect and delete the imported copy any time in Me → My health; this does not change your Apple Health data. The app works fully without Apple Health.
Retention
Cloud data is kept until you delete it. Device-only entries remain on your device until you clear app storage or delete the app. When you permanently reset your journey or delete your account, the erased content is removed and is not retained — only a timestamp of the reset is logged for technical auditing.
Security
Data in transit is encrypted with HTTPS. Cloud rows are protected by row-level security rules so an account can only access its own data, plus the limited summary values friends are allowed to see. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password or a provider sign-in.
Your rights and choices
- Access and export: download a full copy of everything you have saved from Me → Settings → Data & Privacy → Export.
- Correction: edit or delete any entry at any time in the app.
- Deletion: permanently erase your journey with Start Over at Day 1, or delete your entire account from Habits → Delete account. Both are verified in the backend.
- Sharing control: choose exactly which summary values friends see, and remove or block friends at any time.
- Notifications and permissions: turn reminders off at any time, and use the app signed out to keep everything local.
Children
Thrive Tribe 365 is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has created an account, email us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, surface a notice in the app.

You can delete your account yourself at any time: Habits → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, cloud backups, friend connections, shared summaries, nudges and notification tokens.
